In a remarkable act of compassion and solidarity, the NTIC Kaduna Alumni carried out a profoundly impactful hospital outreach, bringing hope and relief to patients and their families. This thoughtfully planned initiative, which began with prior notification to the hospital a week in advance, showcased the alumni’s unwavering commitment to uplifting communities in need.
On the day of the outreach, a dedicated group of alumni—representing both the male and female cohorts—visited two key wards: the Female Medical Ward and the Pediatrics Ward. The atmosphere was filled with empathy and care as the alumni extended financial assistance to 40 patients, alleviating some of the burdens faced by those undergoing treatment.
As a gesture of support and sustenance, the team also distributed water during the program, ensuring that patients, families, and staff were refreshed amidst the day’s activities. Beyond the material contributions, the outreach was marked by heartfelt prayers offered for the patients’ recovery, the well-being of their families, and the continued strength of the hospital staff.
This outreach reflects the NTIC Kaduna Alumni’s enduring values of compassion, service, and humanity. By addressing both physical and emotional needs, they created a ripple of hope and positivity that resonates far beyond the hospital walls.
The NTIC Kaduna Alumni remain a beacon of altruism, demonstrating that even in the face of challenges, small acts of kindness can make a world of difference.
