Flood Humanitarian Aid – Maiduguri Support Campaign
Happiness doesn’t result from what we get, but from what we give.
The residents of Maiduguri, the Borno State capital, are in dire need of humanitarian aid following the overflow from the Alo Dam, which has submerged the city. Thousands of people are stranded without access to food, shelter, and medical care.
As part of our commitment to supporting affected communities, NTIC Alumni and the Near Foundation are organizing this urgent campaign to provide the necessary assistance. Together, we can make a difference by offering much-needed help to the people of Maiduguri.
Medical Support Initiative:
In addition to food and shelter, we are also planning a medical support program in Maiduguri with the help of our alumni doctors. We invite all available healthcare personnel from our alumni network to join us in delivering medical aid to the affected communities. If you’re a healthcare professional and want to contribute, please reach out to the alumni coordinator in your city for more information.
How You Can Help:
Donate to the cause and help us deliver essential supplies like food, medical care, and temporary shelters to the affected families.
