Ambassadors are located around the globe and serve as advisors in their region. They promote NTIC, represent NTIC alumni at local functions (virtual and live) and engage with fellow alumni.
- Official Recognition: Your role as an ambassador will be highlighted on the NTIC Alumni’s website and social media platforms. This official identification not only acknowledges your contributions but also positions you as a prominent leader within the alumni network.

- Actively Engage with Alumni: Regularly communicate with alumni in your designated state or country to maintain a vibrant and supportive network. This includes organizing meetups, virtual gatherings, and staying connected through social media platforms.
- Promote NTIC Values: Represent and uphold the values of NTIC, demonstrating integrity, leadership, and a commitment to community service. Encourage alumni to embody these values in their personal and professional lives.
- Facilitate Networking Opportunities: Create and promote networking opportunities among alumni, current students, and prospective NTIC candidates. Your efforts should aim to build a strong community that supports career development, mentorship, and collaborative projects.
- Provide Feedback and Insights: Serve as a liaison between the alumni community and NTIC, providing valuable feedback and insights that can help improve alumni relations and the overall experience for current students.
- Support NTIC Events and Initiatives: Actively participate in and promote NTIC events, initiatives, and campaigns. In liaison with alumni relations officers, ensure proper coordination and organization of events and activities, helping to amplify our efforts and engage a wider audience within your region.
- Advocate for NTIC: Be an advocate for NTIC within your community, showcasing the achievements of the institution and its alumni. Your advocacy plays a key role in enhancing the school’s reputation and attracting new students.
- Share Success Stories: Highlight and share the successes and achievements of fellow alumni, contributing to a culture of recognition and celebration of accomplishments within the NTIC community.
- Maintain Regular Communication: Keep in regular contact with the NTIC Alumni Office, updating them on your activities, achievements, and any challenges you may face in your role.
- Voluntary Commitment: This role is voluntary and not compensated financially, allowing you to engage based on your passion and availability, without financial pressure.

- Privacy and Confidentiality: To protect everyone’s interests, ambassadors do not handle confidential NTIC information, keeping sensitive matters within designated channels.
- Flexible Time Involvement: Your ambassadorial efforts should fit comfortably around your personal and professional life, with no strict time demands.
- Representation, Not Spokesperson: While you embody NTIC’s values, official statements and representations are managed by designated NTIC personnel, ensuring a unified voice.
